Terms & Conditions

• MenuNFC — trading name of Lluís Andreu Oliver Obrador, NIF 41536803E, Centre 13, 07670, Felanitx, Illes Balears, Spain. Contact: info@menu-nfc.com.
• User — individual or legal entity contracting the service on behalf of a restaurant or food service business.

MenuNFC allows restaurants to:

• Create and manage multilingual digital menus with categories, items, allergens and photos.
• Generate menus accessible via QR code and NFC tag.
• Manage multiple menus (e.g. à la carte, daily menu, drinks) from a single dashboard.
• Order physical NFC tags pre-programmed with the menu link.
• Update the menu in real time without touching the tags.

Prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. MenuNFC reserves the right to modify prices with a minimum of 30 days' notice by email.

Free plan: 1 restaurant, 1 active menu, 1 language. NFC tags available via pay-per-order.

Starter (€10/mo): 1 restaurant, up to 3 active menus, unlimited items, 30 NFC tags included, artwork customisation, up to 3 languages, photo uploads.

Pro (€24/mo): Unlimited restaurants and menus, unlimited languages, 30 NFC tags included, custom domain, advanced analytics, priority support.

Payment is processed through Stripe. A valid credit or debit card is required to activate any paid plan.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. In the event of non-payment, MenuNFC may suspend service access. Amounts already charged are non-refundable, except as provided in the cancellation section or under applicable consumer law.

MenuNFC may offer a 14-day free trial when subscribing to a paid plan. During this period, the User may cancel without charge. Once the trial ends, the applicable charge will be made.

• The User may cancel their subscription at any time from the admin dashboard, without penalty.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; service remains active until then.
• After cancellation, the account reverts to the Free plan or is deactivated.
• Menu content is retained for 30 days after cancellation and may be permanently deleted thereafter. Users can export their data before cancelling.

• Orders are subject to stock availability.
• Estimated delivery: 24–48 business hours from order confirmation (within Spain; other regions may vary).
• Physical tags are non-refundable once shipped, except in the case of manufacturing defects. Defects must be reported to info@menu-nfc.com within 14 days of receipt.
• Tags included in a plan are non-cumulative and non-transferable.

MenuNFC holds all rights to the platform: code, design, interface, brand and documentation. The User retains all rights to content they upload (photos, text, menus) and grants MenuNFC a non-exclusive licence to display it within the scope of the service. The User warrants that such content does not infringe third-party rights.

The User agrees not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or unauthorised parts of the system.
• Upload illegal, defamatory or offensive content that infringes third-party rights.
• Reverse-engineer the software.

MenuNFC may suspend or cancel accounts that violate these obligations without refund.

MenuNFC aims for 99% monthly uptime. The service may be interrupted for planned maintenance, force majeure or third-party provider failures.

MenuNFC shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data loss. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months.

MenuNFC may modify, add or remove features with reasonable notice (minimum 30 days for significant changes), except in cases of force majeure or legal obligation.

MenuNFC may update these Terms. Changes will be notified by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, without prejudice to any consumer rights under applicable law.
